My name is Jenny and my husband is Gary we are the owners of Innovative Home Improvements.
Prior to Innovative, Gary migrated from Trinidad in1995, working his way up the ladder for two very reputable companies in the plumbing industry. Gradually branching into the remodeling field where he got his MHIC license. He is also certified for backflow prevention. I earned my degree in Business Information Systems at the University of West Indies and an Advance Diploma in Business InformationSystems/Management from the Association of Business Executives while working as an Executive Secretary to the Managing Director of a large construction firm in Trinidad before migrating.
Together we decided to venture out on our own and formed Innovative Home Improvements. With our combined knowledge and experience we are able to offer a variety of services to our customers and with perspectives of a husband and wife team, we give our clients more than the average remodeling company.
Innovative is a smaller hands on company and we are always on site during your remodel.
Since then, we have completed hundreds of successful remodels. Many companies believe that they have nothing left to learn, but we continue to evolve and grow everyday constantly learning from our customers We are devoted from conception to completion. Gary and I have worked hard to build an honest reputation for dependability and precision.
We care about each project as if it was our own home, and we treat each client like a friend. We know that you are spending your hard-earned money and want to make sure you get what you are paying for.
We have a very dedicated crew comprising of seven, all devoted to Innovative Home Improvements.
One lead carpenter/foreman (Danny), one lead tile setter/foreman (Narisco), one electrician (Jose),
one driver (Dee), two helpers (David and Jerry)
and Gary our plumber.
Our daily hours of operation are flexible we try to accommodate each client, so we have 7.30 - 4.30, 8-4 and 9-5 hours.
Our goal is to take three projects at a time; we want to be able to give each client our personal attention.

"Total remodel of small master bath down to the studs and moving sink, closing a doorway, adding pocket door.
Our experience with Jenny and Gary of Innovative Home Improvements has been excellent. We hired them to remodel a small master bath, including closing in a doorway and moving plumbing a total gut to the studs. Responsiveness very good. My initial call was returned within 24 hours. Schedule and estimate within 3 days. Estimate arrived a few days later. Negotiations back and forth went well. I did read one review about lack of return calls and I was working with Jenny at that same time. She explained that there was a family matter and apologized for the delay. I appreciated the response and felt that considering the situation, communication was fine. She worked with us to select tiles and vanity top. We selected the fixtures and toilet at Home Expo ourselves. The nice part was that once that was done, she handled all ordering and delivery. We chose a specific light fixture from Annapolis lighting and she also took care of that order. The job itself first of all, anyone that expects any remodeling job to go smoothly is unrealistic. However, that being said, the work crew went above and beyond to make everything work out. They diligently worked to incorporate every small detail we requested. When we found that there was an extra space in the shower, they reframed the shower and moved the drain without any hesitation. The crew was polite and cleaned up each day before they left. The tile work (shower to ceiling and the floor) is outstanding. The drywall and painting is excellent. The attention to detail really shows in this bathroom. We had a major issue with the supplier of the vanity top and they really put a tremendous effort to make it right. They were right on top of any minor issues when I called. The toilet had several leaks and we never waited more than a few hours to have someone come over and fix it. Pride in workmanship and achieving customer satisfaction are two major pluses for this company. Did we get the job we wanted? Absolutely, and even more. Would we hire them again? Absolutely. We plan on having them remodel our other bathroom in the future"

"From start to finish Jenny and Gary were right on the money. They had great ideas about what to do with the kitchen while always remembering my budget. The project started as planned and finished as planned. I even trusted them enough leave for vacation during the time they were redoing the kitchen. I came home to a clean house and a gorgeous kitchen. Trust that Jenny knows what she's talking about when it comes to colors, materials, counter tops, tiles, back splashes, cabinets etc. Trust that Gary and his workers will be there everyday on time and they take every care to make sure that the rest of your home is protected and clean while the work is being done. Undertaking a major project in your home can be a stress, but there was nothing stressful about dealing with Innovative Home Improvements LLC"

"My husband and I are very pleased with the two bathrooms that were completely remodeled by this company. Our master bath was transformed into a modern and elegant environment with traventine tile, a beautiful soaking tub, an enormous shower with an overhead rain head and a beautiful vanity with a custom granite top. The downstairs bath was completely gutted down to the studs and tiled with beautiful results. Gary is an excellent plumber and knew exactly how to solve any difficulties that arose while the remodeling process was taking place. I was very impressed with the excellent tile work and the attention to minor details. I depended upon Jenny's knowledge and previous experience to ensure ordering and selecting the appropriate materials for my bathrooms. I plan on remodeling a third bathroom and will use the services of Innovative Home Improvements LLC without any hesitation.

When I realized that the problem was more than a simple leak from a pipe, I began to look for companies to remodel both bathrooms. I had three companies come to give estimates before I met Jenny and Gary. They had the creative ideas, knowledge and experience I was looking for.
